Ани Тангян

Ani Tanguiane, translator at Atlas Copco

Ani became disabled after surviving polio. She has problems in moving and walks using canes, but her disability didn't stop her getting a good education. In 2006, thanks to the victory at the open TV contest, Ani entered MGIMO (faculty of international private law and civil right). She graduated with honour in 2011 with MA degree in law. When Ani was attending training courses, preparing for the final stage of the competition The Way to a Career, she was offered a three-month internship by the law firm Clifford Chance. During the final stage of the competition Path to Career, she won the title Best Candidate 2013. As a result, she obtained a long-term contract from Clifford Chance. After the competition, Atlas Copco also offered Ani a job as a translator. Today Ani works from home while being a lawyer with Clifford Chance. Ani is very happy with her professional development and looks forward to continued growth.

Vladimnir Kabakov, data base administrator at Cummins

Vladimir Kabakov is a graduate of Moscow State Pedagogical University (department of geography and ecology) with diagnosis of general disability. Vladimir was always keen on working in automobile industry. Thanks to ROOI Perspektiva he got an invitation and attended a job interview with Cummins. He got an offer and is now responsible for engine database of the company, working as administrator. Vladimir is quite satisfied with the offer and the job. This also includes the location of the office, the opportunity to practice a foreign language, and other benefits from the company.
Гондарук Руслан

Ruslan Gondaruk, web-manager at Cummins

Ruslan graduated from MGGEI (faculty of foreign languages), overcomes his disability with walking-canes. He completed the training program 'Job Clubs' and was counseled by specialists from ROOI Perspektiva who produced an individual support plan. As a result Ruslan received a job offer from Quintiles, but in a few months he resigned for some personal reasons. After a number of attempts to gain employment through a job-center, he was offered a position at Cummins, where he is currently employed as a site-administrator.
 Head of Quality and Optimization Operating Activities for Cummins, stated: "Ruslan joined a friendly staff, and is treated equally as any other employee would be. His duties are performed to a very high standard and his skills increase daily." She added that Ruslan has considerable organizational skills, a refined attention to detail, and a strong work-ethic. His achievements include the efficient organization of the site, increased material logistics, and a positive impact on market data collection. In addition to his work related accomplishments Ruslan’s inclusion with the staff members has heightened their understanding of the diversity.‬‬‬‬‬
Карбовская Татьяна

Карбовская Татьяна, специалист проектного офиса в Cummins

Татьяна имеет инвалидность по слуху, закончила дефектологический факультет Московского педагогического государственного университета. В 2012 году она стала участницей конкурса для молодых специалистов с инвалидностью «Путь к карьере», в процессе которого она научилась презентовать себя, проходить собеседования, вести деловую игру и стала более серьезно относиться к своей карьере. По итогам конкурса она получила предложение от компании СПСР-экспресс, где около года проработала в HR отделе. В 2013 году Татьяна повторно обратилась в РООИ «Перспектива» и при поддержке специалистов по трудоустройству получила работу в другой крупной компании. Сейчас она работает специалистом проектного офиса в Cummins. М. Тимофеева, руководитель Отдела Качества и Оптимизации Операционной Деятельности: "Коллектив принял Татьяну как любого другого сотрудника: дружелюбно и с радостью. Отношения с коллективом у нее хорошие. Со своими обязанностями она справляется на высоком уровне, ее профессиональные навыки заметно увеличиваются. Таня очень быстро влилась в процесс выполнения новых задач. Она очень общительная, трудолюбивая, всегда горит желанием вникать в детали и изучать новое. Надо отметить, что уровень трудолюбия и мотивации у нее абсолютно такой же, как у сотрудников без инвалидности".
Федорова Оксана

Федорова Оксана, специалист отдела персонала в Атлас Копко

Федорова Оксана получила высшее экономическое образование по специальности бухгалтер, имеет инвалидность в связи с травмой опорно-двигательного  аппарата. На международной выставке «Интеграция. Жизнь. Общество» она познакомилась с представителями РООИ «Перспектива» и обратилась за помощью в трудоустройстве. Ей также была оказана юридическая консультация по вопросу переоформления трудовыхи рекомендаций в Индивидуальной программе реабилитации и помощь в поиске вакансий. После прохождения нескольких собеседований Оксана получила предложение о работе от компании Атлас Копко. Анна Расторгуева, специалист отдела по работе с персоналом Атлас Копко: «Оксана для нас - полноценный сотрудник, который может самостоятельно добраться на работу и справляться со своими обязанностями». Марина Хромова, специалист отдела по работе с персоналом Атлас Копко: «и Дмитрий и Оксана хорошо выполняют свою работу, никаких нареканий нет. Дмитрий пока работает три дня в неделю, готов больше, но у нас пока нет объемов. Мы планируем продолжать сотрудничество с этими замечательными людьми».

Davydochkin Dmitri, marketing assistant at Atlas Kopko

Dmitri, graduated from MGTU, is affected by hearing disabilities. He joined the welcome visit to Atlas Kopko, organized by the ROOI Perspektiva. He learned a lot about different company’s departments and applied for an internship in the HR department. After an interview he was offered a summer internship. Thanks to it, Dmitri learned even more about the working process in the company and now he is a marketing assistant. Marina Hromova, a specialist in the human resources department at Atlas Kopko: ”Both Dimitri and Oksana are fulfilling their tasks very well, I have no complaints. For now, Dmitri works three days per week. He is ready for more, but we don't have the volumes at the moment. We plan to continue our cooperation with such amazing people.”

Alekseeva Anna, TV advertising manager assistant at Vivaki

Anna, is a graduate from MGGEI and was affected by cerebral spastic infantile paralysis disability. She asked ROOI Perspectiva for help in her job search and she was offered the individual employment support program. Anna sent her CV to the members of the Business Advisory Board on Disability (BABD). After an assessment period as a TV advertising assistant manager, she successfully attended a job interview and started working for Vivaki. Tatyana Vasileva, head of Vivaki TV’s advertising department: "Disabilities can also have positive consequences. A lot of people with disabilities prove to have more life force and persistence than able-bodied people. They can also value more what they have got than people without disabilities normally do. I am happy Anja Alekseevna is working with us. She is a responsible, thoughtful, patient, hardworking and non-confrontational person. She is always ready to learn and attentive to details. I hope Anna is also happy to work with us and that she will be with us for a long time”.
Павел Новиков

Pavel Novikov, employee at SAP

Pavel Novikov, graduate from MGTU, is affected by hearing disabilities. He communicates by telephone, using a streamer and headphones. Since 2002 he has been quite active and joined the student’s council. Pavel took part in almost all the welcome meetings and open days organized by members of the Business Advisory Board on Disability (BABD). In 2003, willing to show students how important it is to be an activist, he participated in the competition The Way to a Career, and reported on his blog impressions about all the training sessions and seminars attended. Several employers showed an interest in Paul's candidacy. He got some internship offers and a job offer by SAP. As a result, Pavel successfully completed an internship at Seamens and started working as a consultant for SAP.

Ludmila Kotlyar, Johnson&Johnson Russia, designer

Maria Gataulina, HR specialist, tells: “At first Ludmila felt unaccustomed: there were many new people, new environment and a different pace of life. However, she quickly became a part of the team and got to know everyone. Now Ludmila feels and behaves in a more relaxed fashion. Luda also attends corporate events, celebrations and is an active participant in company’s life. In its turn her arrival to Johnson&Johnson has influenced people who work there. They have become more attentive; they see and understand Ludmila’s need for communication and attention”.

Vadim Selin, Johnson&Johnson, IT department specialist

Vadim tells: “I can be proud of the fact that I got into such a respectable corporation literally right after my graduation. At my workplace the team met me kindly and helped me to adjust. Here no one makes a big problem from me being deaf; all tasks and instructions I receive in writing via a computer network.”
